Change money at home or at holiday destination?

is the exchange rate better or worse if you exchange your money at home or wait until you get to your holiday desitination? wanting to change Australian dollars for British Pounds

To be honest its always a risk cause if you wait until you het here in the uk and its more expensive you will be missing out on some extra cash, I would just do it at your end and stay safe. The chances are it wont be much different! I hope you have alot of dollars saved up. You don't get much for the pound these days.
