Change name and jury duty.?

Question

I had my name change when I become a US citizen but since I still recieve mail under my old name sometime asking me am I a US citizen, I'm a little confuse on that. I know that I'm a US citizen but not sure when it come under that name. Also this is related to the jury duty question I had ask before. Since the letter was sent to me under my old name should I tell them that I'm not or am a US citizen also if I do tell them that I'm not a citizen will they check my record to see if I'm lying or would they just let me off the hook from jury duty.

You tell them you are a citizen and inform them of your new name.   On a jury summons, to do otherwise is a lie and that can get you into big trouble.
