So I have an iPhone and have the unlimited internet usage with 200 text messages, well, my friends have been text messaging me a lot so about two weeks into my plan, I changed it to 1500 text messages...will the 1500 text messages get prorated or am I stuck with the 200 text messages for this billing and then the 1500 starts up the next billing? Thank you so much!

  1. so the answer is if the representitive added the text mess effective the day u called in the 200 would get prorated because u pay one month in advance so the 200 texts would get prorated what would happen is u would get a partial credit back for the rest of the month for the 200 and a # of mess taken away from that depending on when your cycle ends..then the 1500 would be prorated from the day u put it on to the end of your "cycle" but the key is if the rep put it on to start the beging of the next month your stuck with the 200...but the key is if thats the case u can call your company and ask them to backdate (start that pkg at the beging of your month) so u dont have to work about overage or proration

  2. Yes, the 200 or so texts that you already used will go towards the 1500 text plan that you added.

  3. the new plan starts immediately!!!!
