Change the name in electricity bill of mumbai?

I'm staying in Mumbai. I have bought new house but receiving electricity bill with old owner name. I want to change the same in my name. Please tell me the procedure for the same.

u need to provide them with muncipal regitration certificate for change in ownership of the house.
