  1. "The FBI must not be told about your brother."

    Why would you want to change it to passive? It reads better in the active voice.


  2. In the passive voice, you could say "The FBI must not be told about your brother" or "Your brother must not be reported to the FBI." Active voice is usually preferred over passive voice, especially in formal writing. You could use passive voice, however, if you want to intentionally remove attention away from the subject that is doing the action--in this case, you--because you are not even mentioned. By shifting the attention from the actor to the one being acted upon, you shift from active to passive voice.

  3. I don't think this is a good one to change to passive form because it is a command that you are giving so it can't be said in command form but I'll give it a shot: The FBI should not know about your brother.
