Change transaction details with halifax?

I've sorta bought something from somewhere and its appeared on my online statement. Is there a way to remove this transaction or at least modify or remove part of this transaction?

I don't exactly want my wife to see what i bought when my statement gets posted home, just in case she gets her hands on it...

If this 'purchase' you made required financing of some sort, and therefore your credit was pulled, then no. It cannot be removed.
