Changed credit card xbox live broke - XBOX 360?

I had my new credit card the other day, after the old one expired. Now i need to change the information but when i try and login it disconects me and goes back to the loged in profile with the thing saying connect to xbox live. I can not remember what the email address i used for it was and so i cant sign into xbox.com

Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.  When I switched credit cards I had some trouble too.  I just called them and told them I had a new credit card and they took care of it for me and that was it!
