Changeing phones in a contract?!?!?!!?!?!?

I have a samsung phone and want an env 2 i have verizon can i buy an env on ebay and put on my service no charge?

As long as it's not 'attached' to another person's contract (i.e. Verizon shut off service and the person is selling it to get rid of it) As for an activation fee, that's up to Verizon.
