The Sialkot Cricket Association (SCA) on Tuesday openly expressed its concern over PCB's decision saying it has affected their preparations for the coveted tournament.

The SCA president said that replacing Akhtar as team’s manager just a month before the Champions League would be unjust on the part of the governing body, adding that it will also affect the players, who have been very close with incumbent Naeem Akhtar.
"The team has won the national T20 title four times when he was manager and that says a lot for his excellent relations with the players,” said Malik while speaking to media reporters from London.
"I requested that if the change is inevitable, then we should have http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Naeem-c78451 as an assistant manager but the PCB turned it down," he added further.
Sialkot will be Pakistan’s first domestic side to participate in the esteemed tournament, jointly run by the Indian cricket board (BCCI), Cricket http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ian-Harold-King-c63858 nation between October

to ensure discipline and keep a proper check on players during the event.
