Changing Groups Message Delivery Method by E-mail?

Question

I can change to "Individual E-mails" or "Daily Digest" by e-mailing to [e-mail] and [e-mail], respectively.

What are the direct e-mail addresses to do the same for "No E-mail" and "Special Notices"?

Sending to -nomail just switches to digest.

click the tab on the left Edit My Groups and edit settings from there-

at the bottom of posts or with in the post that come in e-mail has links to edit e-mail settings
