Changing Resolution On A Fuji A350 Camera

Question

I have been taking photos of items to sell on e-bay. I used the camera right out of the box . Everything was fine and still is for e-bay. I want to use another auction and evey time i hit enter the phrase IMAGE TO LARGE. They e-mailed me that I neededto be at 200 or less Kbytes for the photo to be accepted. First I wouud like to know how to change Resolution to 200 or less, and if I do will it affect the photos foe e-bay.
