Changing a cars legal owner ??

Question

My mum is buying my old car as a runaround, how do i change the car so it is in her name?? at the moment the car is registered to me, and i am the legal owner. Thanks

You don't state what country you are in. If the UK, you both fill in a part of the V5 (registration document) and send it to Swansea.

Fill in the registration document (V5) with her as the new keeper.
