Changing bank details and name in mobile contract?

You can do a change of ownership. Who evers name it goes into will be credit checked and the contract will start again. So if your near the end, better to buy it out.

I would think bank details would be easy enough to change but as for the name change??? I got married last year, I am with 3 on contract, the only way I could change the contract to my married name is by sending off my original marriage certificate. ERM DON'T THINK SO. I was originally told I could just fax it but like most companies, each employee has different training and gives different advice. I have kept it in my maiden name and there has never been a problem. So long as they get their money every month I don't think they really give a toss.
