Changing channels / instruction manual required

The children have managed to change channels on their walkie talkies and I cannot remeber how to configure them back.

They are made by motorola, have the Disney.pixar logo on and are based on toy story (I think).

Under battery cover are the following details.

Type: E54AD. SN: 690WCW0FT6. Tnp:IXUE1005A Mdl: ADVENTURE 01/NOV 2002
