Changing colors of individual panels e.g. reviews (yahoo 360)???

yes, changing background color is easy, but how do you change the colors of the panels e.g. REVIEWS in yahoo 360???

You can't change the colors of each module. You can change the color of all the modules though. You would have to first create a customized background and then adjust the color codes for "module color". See my past answer regarding this here:
