Question:

Changing from a GYNAEOID body shape?

I'm a male (16 years) and I unfortunately have the Gynaeoid body shape, which means I have a larger butt, hip and thigh size than most guys. I have barely any fat on my arms or legs. Is there anyway that I can change my body type from this to a more "manly" body type? I'm pretty sure I have high estrogen and I would like to know if lowering it can make a difference. (I'm getting a blood test for that soon.)

  1. -Start pumping iron like crazy for 30-90 minutes each workout (3-6days a week)

-Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night

-Eat a lot of healthy food and eat like a BODYBUILDER or STRONGMAN

    - DO NOT eat or drink anything with SOY in it

    -take a multivitamin

    -take extra zinc

Doing all this stuff has the chance of permanently changing your body because you are still growing

  2. Solution:  Wait until you visit your doctor & ask him this same question when you get your blood test?  Then there won't be any conflicts.
