Changing my surname what do I need to Change?

I have just been married and I am in the middle of chaning eveything to my new name I feel like I have forgotton to change some things what areas do I need to chang eg banks???

Great answers so far. Don't forget the person who keeps the master list for your high school graduating class, if you want to attend the 5th, 10th, 15th , 20th . . .  reunion. If you didn't attend the 5th, tell him/her anyway; you may want to attend the 10th. It is easier to decline an invitation you get that to accept one you don't get.

You need to change your name on your identification or drivers license, your Social Security card, your credit cards and banking information, your employer and or any schools you or any children attend, medical offices such as the doctor, dentist, eye doctor, pharmacy (and medical insurance), memberships like the gym, library, video rentals, etc.
