If you're in the U.K. then go to the Indian High Commision in London. Outside the Comonwealth then you need to go to your local Embassy.

was your name misspelled by your fault or the passport agency? if it was  your mistake ? you must resend all the forms and fill out the application correctly ,mor than likely pay again ,
