Changing of the Guards and Horse Guard.?

LONDON - Does anyone know where the best place to see the changing of the horse guards on parade? also the time the guard changes occurs in mid august. thank you.

there's two places they change the guard ... at Buckingham Palace and on Horse Guard Parade in Whitehall the two places are about half a mile or so apart ... there's details on these websites
