I want to type up a certificate in Microsoft Word 2002. How can I change the view of the whole page from letter (portrait) to a landscape on the screen? I want to see it this way while I type it, and to print it this way. Can this be done? Any help is greatly appreciated.

  1. It can also be found in File, Page Setup in some applications.

  2. Page Layout-->Orientation--> Landscape

  3. Go to File, then click on Page Setup. You can change it from portrait to landscape.

  4. If you're using MS Office 2003 then go to the 'file' drop down menu..click on page setup..a box will appear and you can change the page's orientation there..

    If you're usin the 2007 version..click on the 'page layout' tab..you'll find a button called 'orientation'..you can change the orientation from there..

    Hope this helped =)
