  1. I've never used "Infranwiew", but basically, in photo editing programs, you need to click "resize" or "scale" image somewere. From there you scale down the resoloution, which is the number of pixels.

Make sure the aspect ratio is set to stay the same, or you resize it by percentage, or you could s***w up the dimensions

What this does is make the picture length and width smaller. The actual size of your pictures now are probably as much as like 2 or 3,000 pixels wide, which is about twice the width of your monitor. A good resolution size for both maintaining picture quality without being an overly excessive file size is around 800 pixels wide (just make sure the aspect ratio stays the same, or you'll stretch the image)

  2. I just found a good program today that will do an entire file of photos.

  3. go to the picture, click left, edit.

than the "paint" will come on.

on top click Edit, than Stretch/Skew.

    type 70 and 70.

if its still big do the same thing =D

    hope that helps

  4. You can upload your files to Yahoo Flickr and resize 'em there, just log-in with your Yahoo ID, or Photobucket does that too.
