Changing the channel on my phone?

How? Every time I click the channel button all this shows up is "ERASE ALL NO YES"

sounds like u got urself a defective phone, hope u still have the rcpt,  u need to return it and get a new one!!

there is usually a button that either says scan, or channels, when u push it, it should automaticially change the channel for u.

if your phone has a channel button, then it needs to be replaced. modern telephones lack a channel button, because they are constantly searching for the best signal, and changing channels several times a second.
