  1. I assume you are asking if you should trim the roots etc.

Roots- only if root bound, loosen them up.

New media- any regular potting soil should do fine.

Fungicides-  Shouldn't need them unless you have fungus growing in the old container.

Water well after transplanting, then moderately. Fertilizer should not be needed.

Do NOT move a wild cactus from it's natutal setting into a container.

  2. if the plant has filled the pot with roots, then move it to one size bigger pot.

same as you did first time.

if u see any fungus the use fungisides.

water the plant moderately during the rest period(winter) and during the active  growth period water only if the top half inch is dry (summer). treat repotted plant as mature plant  and apply fertilizer during acttive growth period which is summer for cacti, winter is rest period ! hey i do love cacti do u have seed to send me?

  3. What is your question?

  4. what is it you want answering????

  5. So, What is the question? Why would you cut the roots, and why would you use a fungicide - do you know for sure you have a fungus? I'm confused about what you're asking.
