Channel mixer problem- No channel B output.

Question

I have a channel mixer that was working fine until the other day. The mixer has output form channel A but nothing form B. I checked cables / speakers / settings etc. but it is def the output. I opened the mixer to see if there were any fuses blown or visibly damaged components but nothing that I could see.
And ideas what causes this?
