I believe you only get 3 channels.

TVO, Global, and some weird french channel. You'll need an antenna (rabbit ears) to get a clear image though.

My best advice is to get a DVD player, get a library card (free, just bring proof of your address) and you can rent DVD's. There are TONS to choose from, movies, instructional, documentaries, etc etc. Lots of new releases too. Max rental is 10 DVD's, and you can keep them for up to 7 days. Just remember to return them b/c it's $1 per day that you are late. As long as you're good with returning, you can basically be entertained for free.
