Actually, I need help on this since I realy don't know what a good itinerary is...

Not sure what you mean, but in the itinerary you should have complete details of your travel accommodation:

travel by what, airline name/flight code, hours of departure and arrival and the places/airports name, transit place if any, and airfare. Hotel(s) you're staying, for how many nights, brief facilities, and hotel rate.
