  1. It means your dentist/doctor/optomotrist, etal wants to be paid.  Cash, check or credit cards are okay, but no running tab.


  2. V B, and Anjell are so correct, pay me right now, not later and not in payments.  I want it now, not later maybe.

  3. It means just what you said "charges for services are due at the time of your visit"..sounds pretty self-explanatory to me.

    For example if you go to the dentist on July 15 @ 2PM.

    Once you're done your appointment...you pay before you leave.

  4. they are both correct but if you have insurance they want the co-payment
