Charges on my visa? A website i dont know keeps charging me, how do i stop it?

Can i call visa and get them to not allow that website to charge me? Please help! its WWW.LIVELIFELEAN.NET and i really cant afford 20$ a month for nothing!

  1. Absolutely. Call the toll-free number for your card immediately and report the fraud. You will need your statements that indicate the dates and amounts.

    Credit card companies really appreciate knowing when such fraudulent transactions happen, as soon as possible.

    Good luck! They will tell how you quickly you can expect to see the charges dropped from your card. And if you don't see the charges dropped within the allotted time frame, keep after them.


  2. As suggested, call customer service and tell them about the fraud and you want to close the account immediately. To be on the safe side, I would also put the account on fraud alert  for 90 days through Trans Union Fraud Dept. Their toll free # 1-800-680--7289. They will notify the other 2 bureaus for you.
