Charges vs Affidavit filed against me?

The charges against me are commercial burglary and the affidavit claims I commited Embezelment

What is gonna happen? I am so confused. I didn't do it but they claim there were all these affidavits against me yet there was only one and if they had "hard eveidence" wouldnt I be in jail?

affidavits can claim embezelment, however most people don't know proper names for crimes comitted. the D.A. job is to properly name crimes as to charge and bring defendants into court on so they can make them stick.

Charges are filed with the DA to take to court for a trial.

An affidavit is a written statement of fact in which a person swears the statement given is true. (affiant)
