How do u charge a sony handy cam? I got the cam as a gift but have no charger with it

  1. But you got an AC power adapter in the box with the camcorder... plug the power adapter into the camera; put the battery in the camcorder. When the camcorder is off, the battery will charge. This is all in the manual.
