I am on Prometrium, Clomid and Metformin trying to conceive. I have to get an ultrasound done in 2 weeks to see if I have ovulated which is covered by my insurance. However, they only cover 1 ultrasound and according to the doctor I will need one every month until either the medicine does or does not work. I was informed the ultrasounds cost $456 each. Do you know of any places that offer help for these types of expenses?

  1. Fertlility treatments are very expensive and most insurance does not cover it. Just hope it will happen soon and you won't need injections or monitoring with ultrasounds every other day.
