Charity Collectors in Belfast City Centre?

Question

Does any one else find that the way they try to stop you as being a bit intimidating, aggressive or even just anoying!!

One guy spread his arms completely out in front of me then grabbed me by the arm!!! Of course I told him where to go and he said he was just trying to say hello.....

When will something be done about these people!!

If you feel you are being harrassed by collectors, you should complain to the charity and/or the Charity Commission.
