Charity night ideas?

I'm holding a charity night in the pub where I work and need some more ideas. There will be a bachelor/bachelorette auction, and of course the usual raffles, will have good music on the go...but what else can I do to raise as much as I can? Thanks!

When i attended a charity night, i was walking up the front steps of the building.  A bunch of people came running at me with cameras and asking me questions and asking for my autograph.  I was so shocked. They were hired by the charity to act like "Paparrazi" and to treat me like i was someone famous on the "red carpet".  It was fun. /
