  1. I heard that they got married in a civil ceremony a couple of months ago. It was not a big affair like Diana's, but I am pretty sure that they are now hitched.

  2. They did get married, very quietly.  Camilla is not known as Princess of Wales however, but Duchess of Cornwall.  Personally I think this is simply idiotic, either she's his wife or she isn't, and if she is then she is the Princess of Wales.

  3. The Prince Charles of Wales and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall married on 9 April 2005 at Guildhall, Windsor with a civil service followed by a Church of England service. The service was attended by close members of the couple's family. The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh did not attend the civil marriage ceremony. The Queen's reluctance to attend a civil marriage ceremony arose from her position as Supreme Governor of the Church of England. The Queen and Duke did attend the Church of England service at St George's Chapel following the civil ceremony, and held a reception for the couple in Windsor Castle afterwards.

Following the wedding, the couple traveled to Birkhall, the Prince's country home in Scotland, near Balmoral Castle. The new couple carried out their first royal duties together during their honeymoon. To the surprise of her critics, Camilla's choice of clothes for her wedding day won widespread media praise, with the News of the World calling her outfits "sensational".

Since her marriage, Camilla has been known as HRH The Duchess of Cornwall. As she is the consort and wife of the Prince of Wales, Camilla legally holds the title and technical rank of Princess of Wales. Due to the fact that this style is so strongly associated with the late Diana, Princess of Wales, she elects, with the Queen's permission, to use the feminine form of her husband's subsidiary title, Duke of Cornwall, rather than Princess of Wales. However, in Scotland both Charles and Camilla are formally styled as Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, a title historically associated with heirs to the Scottish throne.

  4. yes they did...the 10th of april..... which i always remeber coz it's my birthday =]

  5. Yes,the fornicating pair did legitimize their relationship with a civil ceremony. The thing that became his wife was given a minor title and not made Princess of Wales out of a genuine fear of a backlash from the British people. She is still known as Homewrecker of Royalty and possibly has the royal warrant for doing so.Scum rises which would explain her position now.

  6. ye they're married

  7. They got married but the Queen would not offer the Princess title due to the outrage the royals would face for Princess Diana.  Camilla is the Duchess of Cornwall, and I don't think they want her either.

  8. Yes, they got married in a civil ceremony in Windosr and then had a blessing for the Wedding at Windsor Castle, the religious part was televised live in the UK.

To previous posters - Camilla is technically Princess of Wales, however, she chose to use another of her titles as her official name. Charles is Duke of Cornwall as well as Prince of Wales (An Heir apparent in the UK is always Duke of Cornwall). In Scotland she and Charles are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay.
