Charleston, SC traffic?

What is traffic like during am/pm rush hour to/from N Charleston from Mount Pleasant, Downtown, West Ashley or James Island? I would probably be going to N. Charleston around 520-7am and leaving around 5p. Are there any problem areas to watch out for?

yes. traffic is BAD around charelston, especially on the interstate. any time in the evening from about 4-6 is bad. Rivers Ave gets tied up pretty good sometimes too. Mt Pleasent traffic gets really bad. Give yourself some extra time when you leave..........
