Charlotte Russe or Forever 21?

For those of you that are familiar with these stores, which one would you rather shop and why?

Customer service?

Product?

Visual layout?

Promotions?

Other?

I LOVE the clothes at both these stores, but I have better luck and experiences at Charlotte Russe.  The layout of Forever 21 can be confusing and I never feel like I see everything in the store when I'm in there.  Also, I can never find anyone to help me if I need something.  Their prices are  pretty comparable, but more of my closet comes from Charlotte Russe.
