Charmed book of shadows?

hi any charmed fan that could give me some info about the charmed book of shadows thanks oh by the way what is the stronger power

energyballs or fireballs and whats a red energy ball

I think its just the type of demon that fire them.  Kinda like the way they transport, some shimmer, orb, turn into flames etc.  All are just different methods to keep it more entertaining and less repetitive.  

But the Source has been known to fire them all, but that was when Cole absorbed others powers again.  So unsure about the different powers.  

What kinda information do you know to know about the Book?

the book of shadows has been passed down through the hollowell family from generations it contains a lot of knowledge about daemons and spells it was created by a  charmed witch  called or Melida warren

evil cannot touch it and the stronger power is energy balls

the red ball energy  are just fire balls that are fired by a upper level daemon

I don't know much about energy balls but the book of shadows was compiled over time by witches in the family- it might have been started with that lady that was hung and vowed to get revenge by spawning a bunch of witches, Minerva or Melinda or something.
