Charming spanish Hotels.?

Can anyone tell me if they have been to any rustic, charming, beautiful hotels . I am looking in Jerez, Ojen, Malaga and surrounding thoose areas.

I have stayed in several places that fit that description, but not in those places, that I found in the book :"Special PLaces to Stay -- Spain by Alastair  Sawday". You can do a search on the website, but the listings are less detailed than those in the book.
