Chart the four phyla of the plant kingdom?

include common names of each, the approximate number of existent species, and the major characteristics.

yeah. i can't find the answers anywhere in my stupid textbook.

please please please please please help?

There are more than four phylum in the plant kingdom.

With a little help from Google, I'm sure you can find examples for each.
