Charter Cable and WXYZ RTN in Oxford, Michigan?

I can pick this channel up on a HD tv that is hooked to cable but I cannot pick it up on the the HD TV that is hooked to an HD box. Channel 7 WXYZ website says it should be available on channel 437, but this channel does not show on any oxford cable listings for Charter.

Typical for Charter.  Here in St. Louis, they bunch their HD channels in the upper 700s for their box.  I have a new LCD with a QAM tuner and get the over the air HD via the regular cable .  You should have a menu or guide button to view the current programs.  Use this as your channel guide, not anything else.
