Charter TV, Cable, and Phone?

I moved recently just 10 miles from my old residence. Charter has 'lost' my E-mail. Has anyone suffered this type of problem with Charter before? Now, they are arguing with new landlord about running a cable down my wall so I can have internet and TV, phone in my bedroom. I want to contact 60 Minutes!

I've not run into that kind of problem (fortunately).  I'm with Comcast but I would think their policies on handling things like that would be similar. I can't imagine that if Charter "lost" your email address, why they can't reissue it to you without the additional stuff.  Is the new place cable ready? If it isn't, that may be a reason why there's a need for the additional cable.  Have you spoken with a Charter customer service rep about it?
