I have the bundle, cable, high speed internet and telephone, through the cable company. The phone is currently down. I got on with Charter live chat, and they told me that they can't help me over the phone, i need to call an 800 number. (How much sense does that make, really? The phone is down!!!)
Can someone help me? I pick it up and its just blank. Nothing there. I called it from the cell phone (that barely can hold a signal) and it's busy. Can someone out there help me?
