Try Association of Scottish Yacht Charterers on www.asyc.co.uk gives info on 22 members in the Charters association . Local ones to me are  Flamingo yacht charters on www.fy-charter.co.uk and Sunsail on www.sunsail.co.uk both are based in LARGS ,the cruising area around here is fantastic, hope this helps.  If you are coming from the South you can fly into Prestwick with Ryanair and catch the train at the airport direct to Largs
