Charting question? edited from last time?

i appolgize for not adding this-i was sick at the begining of my cycle which could be the reasoning for the huge spike in temps.

It looks to me as though you ovulated around the 19th/20th as you had a drop in body temperature the a quick spike in temperature. However, I would have your thyroid checked. Your body temperature is a little low (in the 97 degree range) which is controlled by your thyroid. If its not your thyroid, check to make sure your thermometer is accurate. I bought a really overpriced fancy thermometer when I was charting and it turned out that while it was consistent, if was off by 2 degrees.
