Chase coupon redemption?

I just got the chase offer through my email about the $50 for ever 150 spent on metrocards...where do I get the coupon code when i redeem the coupon?

I've tried lots of online coupon sites that either don't get updated on a regular basis or don't have any coupons worth using.

However, I found one great free site where I get loads of free online coupons. There's always hundreds on there from major brands so I save money on my shopping every single week.
