Chasteberry to increase progesterone levels?

Has anyone used this herb and with what results? Are there any side effects you are aware of?

the only side effect was anawsome cycle!! i am a huge fan. i never had problems with my leuteal phase, but i have heard it can help increase your progesterone levels and thus lengthen your leuteal phase. from ovulation to the day before you start your period. good luck!! the stuff is great!! :)

p.s. if you have spotting...it is probably too high of a dose, just cut it back a bit.

Vitex? I have heared about this wonder drug. They say its effective. I have not tried it yet but I am doing a small reasearch on this drug before I take it.
