Chat-Avenue Problem.?

Wen i try to get into teen chatroom and i write a name and click connect this box pops up saying

Digichat could not connect to the specified host.

please verify that the digichat server is running and that you are using the correct host na,e

java.net.socketexception: connection reset then has an okay button?

Does anyone know how i can fix the problem.PLEASE HELP ME!
