  1. They both have information sales sessions to get people to sign up for RCI and there are prizes/gifts if you attend the presentations. I am quite sure that Chateau World is a scam- convincing people to sign up for what they think is RCI but cheating them into signing up for Royal Club International (it is not RCI) but I don't know about the Elkhorn.
