Chateau world; Chateau World of Resorts; Canmore Alberta?

Question

Has anyone out there heard of a group of people in Alberta organizing a class action law suit against a company called Chateau World or Chateau World of Resorts in Canmore, Edmonton and/ or Calgary?

If you have any information or know how I can reach them, please let me know.

Looks like a standard time share operation.  I do not know about a suit, but most of the contracts are iron clad.

First, let me say that the contracts are not always iron clad as the previous poster suggested. I sued the very people who are behind Chateau World and the judge pointed out that the contracts were anything but- so don't get discouraged just yet.

That said, if you check the comments in the guest book at http://www.cheatauworld.com (that is, Cheat-Au-World) you will find posts from a couple of people who have suggested a class action lawsuit against Chateau World.

You will also find good information and resources there that will help you with a law suit if you choose to pursue that option on your own.
