Chatroom special ed.?

Has special ed lost it's true meaning? Has it just become a chatroom for people from India to talk to each other? There are no true questions relating to special education, what do you think?

not completley true there are alot of questions having to do with special education here.  in fact its gotten better about a year or so ago what yuou are saying was the case but its gotten better

I don't know why you single out people from India. They may not understand our language well enough to know what special education means. At least they are interested in the rest of the world, unlike most Americans, who have become unbearably isolationist.

There are plenty of people on the special ed board who are native English speakers. What is their excuse and why don't you mention them?
